[It's a day like any other in this particular corner of Union City. Or at least, it was, until that wall exploded.]
[In a cloud of dust and debris, an out-of-control Machamp (it's a testrun post I can use high tier mons if I want, you're not my dad) comes crashing into the plaza, apparently on some kind of delinquency-induced rampage. As if that wasn't enough, a SECOND hole is smashed through the wall a moment later, this one sprouting a human instead of a pokemon. She looks pissed.]
I'm gonna punch you so hard that you'll need invasive surgery to find your own god damn face, you little bastard!

Hey there, kids. I don't think the boss has made any sort of official announcement, but I'd rather cut this one off at the pass: Someone's stealing Pokemon eggs.
We've got a couple leads, but I dunno if any of 'em are gonna lead us anywhere. If any of YOU know anything, this would be a great time to speak up. If you did it, then hey: We're gonna catch you eventually, and giving yourself up might reduce your sentence a bit, so hurry up and introduce yourself.
If you know something and you don't speak up, then that's a little thing I like to call Obstructing Vi, which pretty much makes you an accomplice. When I find out about accomplices, my fists just start punching all on their own, and it's pretty hard to get them to stop.
Are we clear?

Listen. Listen, all I'm saying is... I'm saying. All I'm saying is this. This city's a goddamn mess. Crime on the rise. Who the hell even knows what's going on in the Old City. Can't throw a punch without it running into someone trying to ruin someone else's day.
[How much of that is true is debatable.]
What we need is, y'know... you know. We need people. People who aren't afraid to bend a few rules to do the right thing. People who don't let the system get between the city, and... the city. The city we deserve. To be.
[Vi points at herself, only missing by a few inches.]
