Well, it looks like it's come down to a fight, one way or another - either for stupid reasons or serious reasons, but honestly probably stupid ones. Knowing that he's well out of his league against anyone with actual combat prowess, Okabe lets out a sudden cry of pain and clutches his right arm, his face twisted in mad concentration.
"Rrghh... no! Not now! Calm thyself, O demonic right arm of mine! If I release the seal now, then your wrath will turn the streets of Locke City into rivers of blood!"
He looks up at his foe. "Quick, I beg of you, run! Before I'm forced to do something dreadful!"
He's never shown any signs of having supernatural powers before now, but in Locke City, who can ever be really sure?

Imagine that you had the ability to send a single, brief message back in time. It doesn't need to be to you, but you can't control how the recipient reacts to it, and afterwards, only you would remember the state of the original timeline where the message wasn't sent.
What would you say?
